From the Gotthard Pass: Reach Locarno and drive towards the border with Italy. From Cannobio drive towards Verbania and Baveno. Our hotel is 1.5 kilometre past the centre of Baveno.
From the Simplon Pass: Take the highway towards Milan. Take the Baveno-Stresa exit, then drive on the Statale del Sempione SS33 towards Stresa. Drive past Baveno for about 1.5 kilometre.

Our hotel is half-way between Baveno (1.5 kilometre) and Stresa (2 kilometres). No matter which train station you get off at, you need to take a taxi.
